Tasks

• Operating industrial dishwashers (dishes, glasses, cutlery)
• Manual cleaning of large inventory (pots, pans, trays) Polishing of glasses and cutlery as well as professional sorting.
• Cleaning of the kitchen area (floors, surfaces, cold rooms).
• Professional waste separation and disposal of kitchen waste.
• Support of the kitchen team with simple preparation work (e.g. peeling vegetables).
