Chef de Partie

The employer is looking for a:

Chef de Partie (reported profession)

Tasks:

• preparation of dishes: Gardemanger, Entremetier, Saucier
• cleaning of workstation
• use of raw materials
• use of industry tools

Requirements:

• previous experience in 4 or 5 star hotels in CH
• Mediterranean cuisine and Ticinese specialties
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• owning a vehicle

Employment details:

• place of work Ascona
• 100% employment,
• employment from 15.03.2027, fixed-term until 31.10.2027
• shift work including Sundays and holidays, to be agreed upon
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the sector
