kitchen assistant

The employer is looking for a:

Assistant cook (reported profession)

Tasks:

• self-control of food
• preparation of side dishes and main courses
• washing and cleaning of dishes/kitchen

Requirements:

• with CFP diploma
• previous experience in the sector of at least 6 years
• availability for both lunch and dinner
• ability to work in a team
• excellent knowledge of the Italian language
• driving license cat.B
• with own vehicle

Employment details:

• workplace in Muzzano 10 minutes from Lugano
• employment from 60% to 100%, start immediately until 31.12.2026 for a fixed term
• working days and hours in shifts to be agreed upon
• monthly salary with 13th month based on the CCNL of the sector

Observations:

• we run a very careful kitchen attentive to raw materials and are looking for a person with experience and with a Hotel Management school diploma
