At Restaurant & Pizzeria Widder, we combine traditional Swiss cuisine with Italian specialties. Quality, fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality are our focus.

In addition to our restaurant operations, we also produce meals for a Spitex meal service, thereby running a versatile and lively gastronomy business.

To reinforce our kitchen teams in Derendingen and Zuchwil, we are looking for an engaged

PIZZAIOLO / PIZZAIOLA (M/F/D)

Do you love pizza, master your craft, and maintain an overview even when many orders arrive simultaneously?

Then we would like to get to know you!

Your tasks
Independent preparation of our pizzas
Preparation and processing of the pizza dough
Shaping, topping, and baking the pizzas
Ensuring a consistently high quality
Organization and preparation of your own Mise en Place
Control and professional storage of the required food items
Careful and economical handling of food and goods
Compliance with our quality and hygiene standards
Cleaning and maintenance of the workplace and the working equipment
Support of the kitchen team if required
Good cooperation with kitchen and service

What you bring with you

Professional experience as a Pizzaiolo/Pizzaiola
Very good knowledge in the production and processing of pizza dough
Joy in Italian cuisine
Independent, clean, and reliable way of working
High quality and hygiene awareness
Resilience and speed – even with a high volume of guests
Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
Flexibility and commitment
Good German skills are an advantage
