Service Staff (m/f) wanted for show season

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!
Reinforcement for a very special show season
Do you feel like 30 show days, exciting assignments, great atmosphere, and a team that pulls through together until the end? Then you are exactly right with us!
For the period from 19 November 2026 to 10 January 2027, we are looking for motivated and reliable persons for our employee pool.
Your assignment possibilities
Performances take place on:

• Thursday
• Friday
• Saturday
• Sunday

A total of 30 show days await us.
In order for us to plan well, the following applies:
You should be available at least 2 days per week.
Additionally, you must be available for an assignment on 25 December and/or 31 December.
Your shift
We work with two shifts:
Shift 1: 13:00 – 23:30
→ incl. 45–60 minutes break
Shift 2: 16:15 – 02:30
→ incl. 45–60 minutes break
Important: For us, it applies: We stay until the end!
The shifts must be completed in full. Public transport or the last train are therefore not a reason for an early finish.
Service training
In order for us to get through the season professionally together, two service training days will likely take place.
The training sessions are mandatory appointments and are part of the assignment.
Team & assignments
On average, around 20 people are deployed per show day – depending on capacity, the number can naturally vary.
This means: lots of teamwork, varied assignments, and guaranteed no boredom!
If you are reliable, enjoy working with people, keep a cool head even in hectic moments, and feel like an intensive but exciting season:

Then we want you in our pool!
Ready for 30 days of show, service & atmosphere?
Then send us your application to bojana.krueger@search-group.ch – we look forward to seeing you!
