What you accomplish
You ensure the management of kitchens and restaurants at our sites in Courtepin and Bazenheid
You harmonize practices between the two sites, particularly regarding products, quality and processes
You standardize processes in order to improve the efficiency and quality of the restaurants
You develop and implement standardization concepts
You ensure the centralized steering of resources and costs
You guarantee working conditions in compliance with safety, health and well-being requirements
You are the main interlocutor for suppliers and you manage goods orders
You perform various administrative tasks
You propose balanced and modern dishes
You contribute to good nutritional health by taking into account the different activities of the employees
What you bring
Education: Completed vocational training (CFC)
Specialization: CFC as a cook with higher education in the field of catering / hospitality
Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in collective catering
You distinguish yourself by a strong performance and results orientation
You demonstrate excellent customer orientation and a pronounced sense of service
You are available and flexible to carry out regular travel between Courtepin and Bazenheid
You have good command of standard IT tools
You have excellent mastery of budgetary control
You possess very good leadership skills
