HSS Services AG supports the service provision and the holistic further development of the Siloah-Verbund. As a service platform for homes, Spitex organizations, and hospitals, it provides diverse management and support functions. These include: Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Development and Staff, Purchasing and Logistics, IT, Process and Project Management, Hotel Management, Facility Management, as well as Kita. The employees of HSS Services AG are constantly committed to optimally supporting operational processes, providing services in high quality, and optimally utilizing synergies. ### Your area of responsibility

• Basic cleaning in the departments and in other rooms on the premises
• Departure cleaning in the long-term care center
• Various other cleaning tasks for customers on the premises
• Cleaning work with the aerial work platform
• Willingness to work at other locations of the Siloah-Verbund
• Assistance with moving work and carrying out office furnishings

Your profile

• Training in the specialist field (Gebäudereiniger:in EFZ, Fachperson Hauswirtschaft EFZ or Fachperson Hotellerie-Hauswirtschaft EFZ)
• Ideally training for aerial work platform category 3b or willingness to complete it
• Driver's license Cat. B mandatory
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Confidence in handling devices and machines
• Independent, careful, and customer-oriented way of working

The Siloah-Verbund as an employer

With around 1'000 employees, the Siloah-Verbund is an independent and self-financed basic provider in old age and operates a geriatric hospital, three home locations, and two Spitex support centers in the Canton of Bern. The Siloah-Verbund wants to holistically implement the concept of "Integrated care in old age" within its own structures and through partnerships. This is intended to make an active contribution to improving the organizational and geographical networking as well as the coordinative alignment of the patient pathway for elderly people.
