For our customer in the Basel area, we are looking for a Production Manager (m/f/d) 100%.

• Operative management of daily production processes in the large-scale kitchen
• Planning, steering and monitoring of the production processes
• Ensuring quality, hygiene and compliance with HACCP guidelines
• Leadership, support and development of the production team
• Deployment and holiday planning of the employees
• Control of incoming goods and stock levels
• Participation in orders and inventories
• Optimization of production processes and use of goods
• Completed training as Koch/Köchin EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in a large-scale kitchen, production kitchen or in catering
• Experience in the planning and organization of production processes
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Resilient, structured and independent personality
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively work in daily business
• Good communication skills and assertiveness
