Responsibilities

• Set up of the breakfast room (buffet, tables, equipment, products)
• Coordination with the kitchen for hot products, special orders, or à la carte
• Verification of cleanliness, setting, and availability of products
• Warmly welcome clients, accompany them, and present the offer
• Be attentive to needs (specific diets, allergies, preferences)
• Manage special requests with efficiency and courtesy

Profile sought

• Confirmed experience in catering, ideally in a breakfast service in a hotel or restaurant
• Mastery of service techniques (buffet, plated, beverages)
• Knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Good level of French, professional English required (other languages appreciated)
• Acute sense of customer service
• Dynamism and reactivity
• Excellent presentation
