Deputy Head of Housekeeping

Your tasks

• Cleaning of the hotel rooms as well as the public areas of the Bretterhotel
• Cleaning of the rooms in the Erlebniswelt building
• Maintenance of the outdoor areas around the buildings
• Cleaning and organization of work uniforms as well as the operational laundry
• Cooperation with our external laundry service
• Professional operation of cleaning equipment and machines
• General tidying and cleaning work
• Support for the Head of Housekeeping in the organization of daily work and deployment planning
• Compliance with our quality and hygiene standards
• Assistance with the induction of new employees
• Flexible support in other departments if required

What you bring with you

• Completed training in the field of housekeeping or several years of professional experience
• Ideally initial leadership experience
• Good oral German skills (at least level B1); other languages an advantage
• Independent, reliable and resilient way of working
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Teamwork skills and flexibility
• Enjoyment of clean and careful work
• Own vehicle an advantage (working hours sometimes outside of public transport connections)
