As a Housekeeping & All-rounder, you ensure that our guests and employees feel completely comfortable, both in the background and at the front line. For our team on the Jungfraujoch, we are looking for a committed personality who likes to roll up their sleeves, is flexible in deployment, and contributes to the success of our operation with their positive manner.

Your tasks

• Cleanliness with responsibility: You ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and a well-maintained appearance in our catering operations, kitchens, staff rooms, as well as the guest areas.
• All-round assignments in the operation: You provide flexible support wherever assistance is needed and actively contribute to smooth operational processes.
• Assistance in the guest area: You support our teams at the buffet, in guest services, or at the cash desk and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Support for kitchen and service: You work closely with the various teams and help with tasks arising in daily business.
• Order & quality: You ensure compliance with our hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
• Varied assignments: In addition to your main place of work on the Jungfraujoch, occasional assignments in other catering operations of Jungfrau Gastronomie AG may occur.

What you bring

• Joy in rolling up your sleeves: You enjoy practical work, are versatile in deployment, and maintain an overview even in busy times.
• Experience in housekeeping, gastronomy, or hotel management: Ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable environment.
• Reliability and sense of responsibility: You can be relied upon at any time.
• Resilience and flexibility: You appreciate varied tasks and support where you are needed.
• Team spirit and positive charisma: You enjoy working with other people and contribute to a good atmosphere.
• Linguistic proficiency: You have good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
• Good physical fitness: Your future workplace is located at 3'454 meters above sea level and requires a certain level of physical resilience.
