Your area of responsibility

• You work in the cold kitchen and manage your assigned station responsibly
• You prepare the daily salad buffet independently and ensure an appealing presentation
• You produce various desserts, contributing creativity and care, and support the team in the preparation of the breakfast offering
• You take care of the mise en place at your station and ensure a smooth process
• You undertake general cleaning work and comply with all legal norms, hygiene regulations, and internal standards
• As a rule, you work from Monday to Friday during the day

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a cook or equivalent training
• 2--3 years of experience as a junior cook, ideally as a gastronomy cook
• Very good German skills; English/French an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance
