Kitchen assistants (reported profession)

Tasks:

• prepare cold and hot foods, desserts, etc. according to instructions
• preserve the quality of products and foods;
• operate respecting personal and company hygiene standards (cleaning of utensils and kitchen spaces)
• use kitchen sector cleaning products appropriately
• respect the provisions regarding the separation and disposal of waste

Requirements:

• experience in the hotel sector constitutes an advantage
• possess the specific professional skills and knowledge for the assigned tasks
• availability and flexibility in working hours and days
• preferably resident in Bellinzonese and who loves contact with children
• driver's license type B
• having your own car

Employment details:

• workplace: Lumino
• employment degree from 10% to 100% on call
• start of employment to be defined
• type of contract indefinite
• shift work 7 days a week between 05:30 and 22:00
• monthly salary according to the Swiss CCNL Hotel-Catering sector
