Tasks

• Producing doughs, batters, baked goods and breads (table work)
• Operating the ovens and baking focaccia and sweet pastries
• Preparing and processing glazes and fillings
• Setup and presentation of the range
• Direct customer contact in our open natural bakery
• Preparing cakes, gateaux, daily desserts and patisserie
• General preparatory work and Mise en Place
• Occupational safety, hygiene and cleanliness according to HACCP standards

Requirements

• Enjoyment in handling baked goods
• Professional experience as a baker or completed baker apprenticeship EFZ/EBA
• Good German language skills
• Positive aura, friendly and motivated
• Team player, good organizational skills
• Flexible in terms of time and mobile (evening and weekend shifts)
• Criminal record extract without entry (required for the security area of the airport)
