Kitchen Assistant 80-100%

Your tasks

• Preparation of cold and hot dishes for our self-service restaurant as well as à la carte menus for our hotel guests in the evening
• Missions in our raclette hut
• Autonomous work of mise en place for the buffet
• Active support of the kitchen team in daily operations
• Strict respect and implementation of QM and HACCP guidelines
• Participation in general tidying and cleaning work

Qualifications / Requirements

• Strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Understanding and availability to work in a 7 days a week service with weekend shifts
• Friendly, neat, and customer-oriented attitude
• High resistance to stress and flexibility
• Good knowledge of German
