COOK / COOK (m/f) WANTED
Restaurant Spitzwald – Allschwil
To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a cook / cook (m/f) with experience and ideally completed vocational training, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks

• Independent work at the Garde Manger station
• Preparing and plating cold dishes, salads and appetizers
• Assistance and support in the hot kitchen
• Mise en Place for the daily service
• Compliance with our quality and hygiene standards
• Supporting the kitchen team during service
• General kitchen work and ensuring a smooth workflow

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Cook EFZ is an advantage
• Professional experience in the kitchen
• Joy in cooking and in high-quality, seasonal products
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team and resilience
• Good German language skills
• Enjoyment of a familiar and collegial working environment

Working hours
12:00 – 21:00
Rest days: Monday & Tuesday
