Your mission --------------------

As a Welcome Host, you are the first point of contact for our customers and actively contribute to offering them a warm, elegant, and personalized welcome experience within our Crans-Montana boutique.

In this capacity, you welcome and accompany our clientele, both in the boutique and by telephone, before directing them to a Sales Associate. You also participate in the smooth running of sales interviews by providing support to the sales team.

As a true ambassador of the Maison, you ensure the impeccable presentation of the boutique, the enhancement of the window displays, and compliance with merchandising standards. Furthermore, you ensure order follow-up and the management of stocks related to the boutique's activities.

This 50 % position is primarily distributed over periods of highest influx, notably weekends and periods of high tourist traffic.

Your experience -------------------

Holder of a CFC in retail management or a training deemed equivalent, you benefit from a first successful experience in the fields of hospitality, catering, reception, or sales. Experience acquired in a high-end or luxury environment constitutes a real advantage.

You perfectly master French and have a very good level of English. Knowledge of another language represents an additional asset.

Possessing an excellent presentation, you enjoy contact with a demanding clientele and place service at the heart of your priorities. Recognized for your sense of welcome, your team spirit, and your interpersonal skills, you easily create bonds of trust with your interlocutors and contribute to offering an exceptional customer experience.
