With 35 hotel rooms, 35 clinic beds, and 30 residences, our restaurants Bellerive, Park-Café, and the patient restaurant Pavillon, as well as banquets, we offer our patients, guests, and residents a versatile gastronomy. Together with Reha Rheinfelden and the Salina Rehaklinik, we belong to the Reha Rheinfelden Group, an organization with around 1'000 employees. For our service team, we are looking for a committed personality who enjoys taking on responsibility, leading people, and has pleasure in training the next generation of restaurant specialists. What awaits you * You accompany our apprentices professionally and personally through their training, convey joy for the profession, and ensure that theory and practice are meaningfully connected in daily work. You plan and coordinate operational training, define learning objectives, monitor learning progress, and conduct regular training and feedback discussions * Together with the team, you ensure a warm, professional, and high-quality service * You lead, motivate, and develop our service employees in daily work * For smooth service processes, you coordinate the service and take responsibility for a well-functioning operation * With a strong host orientation, you advise and look after our guests competently * You organize and accompany banquets, events, and special occasions * Processing personal and telephone reservations is also part of your tasks * If required, you run your own station and actively support the team in daily business * You ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene, and service standards What you bring * Completed vocational training as Restaurantfachfrau/-mann EFZ or a comparable training * Sound professional experience in gastronomy or hotel management * Leadership experience in a comparable position * Vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it * Good knowledge of the Swiss vocational training system and training in restaurant professions * Joy and genuine interest in the guidance and development of young people * Very good specialist knowledge as well as good wine and beverage knowledge * Personality with a confident, groomed, and winning appearance as well as strong host orientation * Organizational strength, sense of responsibility, and team spirit * Very good German skills; other foreign languages are an advantage Interested?
