Your main tasks

• Supporting production in the preparation of the cold and warm food selection for patients and employees
• Monitoring and plating meals
• Collaboration in the cold diet kitchen
• Compliance with quality standards as well as hygiene and occupational safety guidelines
• Accurate implementation of recipes taking allergen management into account
• Role model function for our trainees

Your profile

• Advantageously a qualification as Küchenangestellte:r EBA
• Experience in a large-scale kitchen is an advantage
• Commitment, high resilience and flexibility
• Interest in healthy cuisine and nutrition
• Strong professional pride and joy in your own craft
• Passion for daily professional challenges
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Motivated, flexible and team-oriented personality with a high service orientation and a portion of humor
