Guest & Property Coordinator (w/d/m) 50–100%

Your tasks

As the heart of our local service office, you are the central contact person for our guests and property owners.

You ensure that our guests' stay runs perfectly and that the holiday accommodations always meet the highest quality standards:

• Guest & reception service: Warm welcome and professional support for our international guests (check-in/check-out, on-site advice, information).
• Owner support: Regular, trusting exchange with the owners of the holiday properties.
• Quality & property management: Carrying out quality controls, inventories, as well as inspections of the holiday apartments before and after rental.
• Office & administration: Smooth handling of general administrative tasks, telephone and email correspondence.
• Smooth operation: Taking over primary on-call duty (Pikett) within the team to cover emergencies outside of regular opening hours.

What you bring with you

• Organizational talent & resilience: Ability to set priorities efficiently and maintain an overview even in dynamic phases.
• Flexibility & mobility: Readiness to work on Saturdays and on-call.
• IT skills: Good knowledge of using common IT tools (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Language skills: Very good German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage for daily guest contact.
• Service orientation: Joy in interacting with people, strong customer orientation, and high reliability.
