Your area of responsibility: * Together with your team of around four employees, you are responsible for the front service and ensure a first-class customer experience from the first contact to the professional forwarding to the responsible specialist departments. * You lead, promote, and support your employees in direct customer contact, actively participate in daily operational business, and take on tasks where customer frequency or the current situation requires it. * You ensure a reliable flow of information between customers and internal specialist departments and check the relevant systems regarding upcoming customer appointments. * You are responsible for the planning and coordination of the assignments, resources, and tasks of your team members and ensure that both spontaneous customer requests and recurring tasks are processed reliably. * You ensure an orderly and well-maintained condition in all customer contact zones in the interior and exterior of the location. * As a management person reporting directly to the Team Leader Customer Service, you support the further development of the front service and actively participate in the optimization of processes, workflows, and customer contact points.
