What you bring: ###

• Several years of experience as a hotel director or in a comparable management function
• Experience in transformation processes and organizational development
• Completed training or studies in hotel management or hospitality
• Entrepreneurial spirit as well as a strong economic understanding
• Great social competence, leadership qualities, and a practical mentality
• Experience in revenue management and sales is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
