Your tasks with us:

• You ensure smooth operational processes and a special guest experience in all areas.
• You lead, motivate, and develop your team, create duty rosters, and organize training sessions.
• You keep an eye on turnover, budget, personnel, and goods costs and ensure economic operations.
• You are responsible for orders, inventories, as well as the correct execution of daily and monthly closings.
• You ensure our quality, hygiene, and safety standards and take care of the organization and maintenance of the operation.
• You are the first point of contact for guests, employees, and external partners and live the HANS IM GLÜCK brand with enthusiasm.

What you bring with you:

• You have training in gastronomy, ideally with further training in system gastronomy, and at least five years of leadership experience.
• You are a passionate host and enjoy inspiring people.
• You bring commercial understanding and experience in personnel management and cost management.
• You are a team player, can motivate others, and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• You are flexible, committed, and roll up your sleeves when it counts.
• Service orientation, quality awareness, and a sense for guests and employees characterize you.
