Your tasks:

• Leadership, advice, and development of the production department
• Responsibility for relevant planning and quality assurance
• Optimal inventory management
• Active participation in production
• Organization of shipping, deliveries, and logistics
• Ensuring cleanliness and order as well as compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Developing new product creations, implementation of ideas
• Acquiring new customers
• Support and ensuring the correct application and care of machines, systems, and equipment
