Your tasks:

• Reception, advice and professional care of our guests
• Independent management of your own service station including cash handling
• Coordination and management of reservations
• Active sale and presentation of our offer
• Processing of the billing system
• Mise-en-place work in the service area
• Compliance with our hygiene, quality and service standards

Your profile:

• Joy in dealing with guests and strong service orientation
• Helpful, friendly and service-oriented personality
• Reliable, flexible and independent way of working
• Resilience even in hectic situations
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Foreign language skills an advantage
• Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
