These tasks await you
Operative co-responsibility for the operation of our Erlebnisbad
Deputizing for the Leiter Bäderlandschaft during his absence
Close cooperation with the Bereiche Wellness & Spa and Therme
Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and safety according to our quality standards
Participation in shift planning and emergency planning, team leadership and induction of new employees
Active guest contact and professional care of our guests
This is what you bring with you
Completed vocational training in the area of Bäder, Wellness/Spa, Hotellerie or comparable
First professional experience is an advantage - motivated career starters are also welcome
Lifeguard certificate (Rettungsschwimmer-Brevet) an advantage or willingness to acquire it
Responsible, independent and team-oriented personality
Enjoyment of guest contact and strong service orientation
Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and during holiday periods
