COOK (reported profession)

Requirements:

• several years of experience as an autonomous cook with knowledge of pastry, Mediterranean cuisine, traditional cuisine and vegetarian cuisine
• good knowledge of Swiss hygiene regulations and knowledge of food preservation
• with own vehicle
• resident in the Locarnese area (we do not provide accommodation for staff)
• basic verbal communication skills in German is preferred
• availability to work shifts, including Sundays and holidays
• driving license cat.B
• with own vehicle

• employment from 08.03.2027, fixed term until 31.10.2027
• shift work, including Sundays and holidays
• two days off per week (42h week)
• salary according to CCNL hotel sector
