Your tasks

With your commitment, you ensure that our residents and guests feel comfortable in a clean and well-maintained environment. You support our housekeeping team with maintenance, intermediate, and basic cleaning and ensure careful and hygienic execution of the work. Another important part of your activity is the service during meals in the residential groups.
You work independently and reliably, maintain an overview even in lively situations, and support your team colleagues where your help is needed. With your friendly and attentive manner, you contribute to a pleasant atmosphere and encounter our residents respectfully and appreciatively. You work in the early shift or with room hour (up to max. Uhr) and usually have two weekends per month. The workplace is in Bern-Bethlehem until the end of April 2027 and from May 2027 due to replacement new construction for approx. years at our transition location Steingrüebli in Ostermundigen before we return to Bern-Bethlehem.

Your profile

*Experience in hospitality-housekeeping
*Degree Fachfrau/-mann Hauswirtschaft EFZ is an advantage
*Good German language skills
*Efficient and careful way of working
