Job Description The role of Spa Therapist is a full-time on-site position based in Zurich. This position involves performing professional facials, advanced skincare procedures, and a variety of spa services according to Biologique Recherche protocols. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, assessing skin needs, recommending appropriate treatments and home care products, as well as ensuring an exceptional customer experience from arrival to departure. The Spa Therapist / Esthéticienne will maintain treatment rooms and equipment, adhere to strict hygiene standards, and accurately document treatments. Collaboration with the local team to support client bookings, contribute to retail and treatment recommendations, and participate in continuous training and brand education is also expected.

Qualifications

• Professional skills in cosmetology and spa care, including experience with high-end skincare services.
• Hands-on expertise in performing facials and related skincare procedures in a luxury or clinical environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a client-centered, empathetic, and professional approach.
• Ability to perform pedicures and complementary spa treatments according to brand standards.
• Recognized certification in cosmetology or aesthetics and all applicable local licenses.
• Experience in a premium spa, wellness center, or dermatological environment is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
• Willingness to participate in continuous training and represent the Biologique Recherche brand values.
