Work where others spend their winter holidays. For the 2026/27 winter season, we are looking for a service all-rounder for our The Wall Bar on the Eigergletscher. Work where winter is at home: Kleine Scheidegg is the heart of the Jungfrau Ski Region. Every day, winter sports enthusiasts from all over the world meet here, enjoy the mountain world, and take a break in our mountain restaurant. For the winter season from 14 December 2026 to 4 April 2027, we are looking for a dedicated personality with a passion for gastronomy and a true host mentality. Together, we ensure that our guests remember not only the slopes, but also the service. Service Staff Your tasks * Host with heart: You look after and advise our international guests in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner. * Service with passion: You manage your own service station independently and ensure a well-rounded guest experience. * Advice & sales: You actively recommend food and drinks and contribute to the success of our offering with appropriate recommendations. * Taking responsibility: You are responsible for correct cash collection as well as the daily accounts. * Thinking ahead and pitching in: You flexibly support your team in daily business and pitch in wherever support is needed. * Mise en Place & organization: You prepare your work area independently and contribute to a smooth operational flow. * Making quality visible: You ensure compliance with our hygiene, quality, and safety standards and ensure order and cleanliness in the guest area. What you bring with you * Joy in guest contact: You encounter people openly, warmly, and with true service orientation. * Experience in gastronomy: Ideally, you have experience in service or a comparable function. * Resilience and flexibility: Even in hectic situations, you maintain an overview and work reliably. * Independent way of working: You take responsibility and act with initiative. * Team spirit and positive radiance: You enjoy working with others and contribute to a good atmosphere in the team. * Readiness for special shifts: You appreciate the variety between daytime operations and the once-weekly evening shift with an overnight stay in the mountain hotel. * Linguistic proficiency: You have good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
