What you will achieve with us

• Overall floral design: You are responsible for the entire floral design in our hotel, including the creation of artistic arrangements, bouquets, and floral installations.
• Event decoration & staging: With great attention to detail, you decorate the public areas – both for the daily ambiance and for spectacular gala events, holidays, and exclusive private occasions.
• Versatile craftsmanship: In doing so, you work not only with flowers but also skillfully use various substances and materials to create harmonious overall concepts and imposing event decorations.
• Management: Purchasing of all flowers, plants, and auxiliary materials, as well as independent concept development and implementation while adhering to the budget.
• Green plants: You take over the organization and consultation for our outdoor planting as well as the professional care of all flowers and green plants in the house.
• Start: from November or by arrangement
• Seasonal, limited until (10-month contract from season 27/28).

This is you

• Qualification: You have a successfully completed vocational training in the field of floristry and bring several years of experience (ideally in upscale hospitality or the high-end event sector).
• Creative all-rounder: With your creative flair and your skill in handling a wide variety of materials, you know how to inspire our guests. You create a unique ambiance that underlines the luxurious character of our house.
• Personality: You are flexible, strong in communication, and appreciate an independent way of working in which you can contribute your own ideas.
• Resilience: Even during large events or under time pressure, you maintain your calm and convince through a natural, friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
