What you move

• Preparation of pizzas, focaccia and other specialties
• Organization of the assigned station
• Preparation of the daily mise-en-place
• Cleaning and control tasks as well as occupational safety within the framework of the HACCP / KOPAS concept
• Acceptance, control and storage of goods orders
• Support of the chef de cuisine in complying with quality and safety standards

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further education
• Specialization: Completed training as a chef or pizzaiolo
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience as a pizzaiolo
• Experience with traditional Italian recipes in the kitchen
• You are a service-oriented, communicative and resilient personality
• You are a host heart and soul
• You have good manners as well as a well-groomed external appearance
• German (A2)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
