Assistant Cook 100% (m/f/d)

Die Alp Stätz is located in the middle of the Lenzerheide-Valbella ski area. The 600 seats are distributed across a sun-drenched terrace, a cozy restaurant with an open fireplace, and a lounge. The menu features traditional dishes, as well as Mac’n’Cheese or juicy spare ribs from the grill. To wind down the ski day, people meet in the bar for après-ski – with live music or a DJ.

For the 2026/27 winter season we are looking for

Assistant Cook 100% (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• Dishwashing
• Supporting the kitchen brigade with preparation and mise en place work
• General cleaning tasks throughout the entire operation
• Compliance with the requirements of the hygiene concept according to HACCP

We are pleased if:

• You enjoy working in a team
• Ideally, you bring professional experience in a similar position in gastronomy
• You have a sense of order and cleanliness
• You work reliably and independently
• You have German language skills
