Tasks

• With your pronounced warmth, your empathy and your passion, you will become a Dorint ambassador and thus ensure enthusiasm among our guests and employees
• As the first and last point of contact for our guests during the night, you are co-responsible for a lasting impression – welcome and bid farewell to our arriving and departing guests at Check-In and Check-Out with first-class service
• You carry out control rounds and ensure compliance with safety standards
• You perform administrative tasks such as daily closings and cash management
• You are a passionate host and create special moments and encounters – always!

Profile

• Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience at the reception or in a similar position
• You are already well-versed in IT and the usual MS Office programs and bring initial experience in the use of Opera V5
• Service-oriented work is always your priority
• Communication in German and English with our international guests is one of your strengths
• Due to your open-minded, friendly manner, it is easy for you to find your way into an existing team
• You possess a high degree of flexibility, resilience and service awareness
• Personal commitment, team spirit and special organizational talent characterize you
• A well-groomed appearance is a matter of course for you
• Towards our guests and your colleagues, you always behave exemplarily and courteously
