Your tasks

• Support for the Head of Hospitality as well as the specialist departments of patient hospitality, catering, cleaning, and kitchen in operational and organizational matters.
• Operational assignments in the various areas to check and further develop concepts, processes, and workflows.
• Participation in the conception, introduction, and optimization of process and structural organizations within hospitality.
• Creation of fundamentals, evaluations, documentation, and presentations for specialist and management decisions.
• Collaboration in market, trend, and competitor analyses to identify future-oriented products, services, and process solutions.
• Support in the development and implementation of innovative concepts for the further development of hospitality in a triad.
• Assumption of coordination and administration tasks in various projects and working groups.

Your profile

• Professional training in the field of hospitality (BP/HFP/HF level)
• Initial experience in the field of hospitality in healthcare is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong organizational skills as well as high personal responsibility
• Proactive personality with a networked way of thinking and acting
• Resilience, flexibility, and openness to change
• High level of performance and willingness to learn as well as reliability and motivation
• Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications
