What you move

• Organization of the assigned station
• Preparation of the daily mise-en-place
• Preparation and serving of dishes and desserts during lunch and dinner service
• Cleaning and control tasks as well as occupational safety within the framework of the HACCP / KOPAS concept
• Support of the Head Chef in planning and in complying with quality and safety standards
• Assistance with ordering, goods receipt & control as well as shelving the goods

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ)
• Specialization: Completed training as a cook
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in gastronomy
• Experience with traditional Italian recipes
• A service-oriented, communicative and resilient personality
• You are a host heart and soul, possess good manners as well as a well-groomed external appearance
• German (B2)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
