The employees of the hotel services are the central contact persons 7 days a week for all non-medical needs of the patients, with a focus on food and drink. As Deputy Team Leader: Hotel Services, you are a host with leadership qualities.*

• You are responsible for the organization and ensuring a flawless daily routine
• You assist the team leadership in administration and employee planning
• You are co-responsible for excellent service on the ward stations and actively work with the team in hotel services
• You regularly train the team on the job and ensure an appreciative team culture
• You assist in the training of apprentices

What you bring with you ##

• A completed education in the service sector, preferably in gastronomy / housekeeping / hotel management
• Professional experience in a service environment as well as initial leadership experience
• You bring a strong patient orientation
• You have good MS Office skills
• You maintain very good oral and written German skills
