Le Centre de santé cantonal d'Appenzell ensures quality healthcare and support for the elderly people of Appenzell and the population of Innerrhoden.

For our Économie/-Ménage team, we are looking for a laundry employee (80%) starting from 1 November 2026 or by agreement.

Your tasks ##

• Participation in all areas of the laundry (dirty zone, risk zone, finishing zone, sewing zone and distribution service)
• Co-responsibility for the timely preparation of private and professional linen

What we expect ##

• Completed training as a specialist in household management CFC
• Deep knowledge in the treatment of textiles and chemical washing products
• Previous experience in a retirement home/hospital or large laundry desired
• Autonomous, motivated and proactive personality
• Responsible attitude in thought and action
• Flexibility and high resistance to stress
• Good knowledge of German, dialect an asset
• Balance and patience in contact with residents, patients and their relatives
• Strong service orientation
