L'hôtel Berchtold & B5 is an active and innovative company with several gastronomic establishments and accommodation located in the city center. The group includes the 3* Superior Berchtold hotel, the popular Berchtold restaurant, the trendy and very busy "B5 to be" bar, the B5 bistro, and the B5 to go boutique.

To complete our reception team at the Berchtold hotel, we are looking for a dynamic person, immediately or by agreement, as an:

Assistant Night Auditor (m/f/d) (20%) ##

Your main tasks ###

• Welcome and taking care of guests
• Check-in and check-out of arriving and departing guests
• Reception and processing of all incoming telephone calls
• Contact person for guests during the night
• Reception and control of waiters' accounts
• Processing of invoices and cash management
• Control of the daily turnover in Protel, including the end-of-day closing
• Preparation of the reception for the next morning/day
• Various cleaning tasks (lobby, restaurant & seminar rooms)
• Monitoring of all security-related areas and entrances
• Regular patrols throughout the entire hotel complex
• Transmission and handover of all important information/incidents to the morning team

Your profile ###

• Availability to work exclusively at night
• Quality awareness, reliability, flexibility and stress resistance
• Understanding of financial accounting
• Perfect and easy command of German and English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, knowledge of the Protel hotel software is an asset

Approximately 3 to 4 shifts per month. Mainly the nights from Friday to Saturday as well as from Saturday to Sunday. It also involves covering the holidays of our permanent employees for 5 weeks per year.
