Building maintenance agent (M/F/X) - CDI

We are looking for an

Outdoor maintenance employee / Public spaces

Reporting to the Assistant to the Technical Director, the essential responsibilities and functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

Your missions:

• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the outdoor spaces and public areas of the hotel.
• Maintain green spaces (weeding, cleaning, collecting waste and leaves).
• Perform cleaning of gutters, drainage, and other outdoor installations.
• Carry out small maintenance tasks and maintain the equipment provided.
• Participate in snow removal and securing access during the winter period.
• Ensure compliance with the establishment's quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Provide professional service and report on the work completed to management.
• Perform any other task assigned by the manager.

Your profile:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar function (maintenance of public or outdoor spaces).
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors.
• Experience in 4* or 5* hospitality: an asset.
• Excellent command of French.
• Knowledge of English: an asset.
• Autonomy, sense of organization, and rigor.
• Flexibility, spirit of initiative, and versatility.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Sense of service, discretion, and neat appearance.
