AMARENO is looking for an experienced hosting personality for a gastronomy business managed by us in the Luzerner Hinterland, who wants to help shape the future of the business with passion, organizational talent, and their own ideas.

Your tasks

• Being a host and ensuring that our guests feel comfortable
• Organizing and coordinating daily operations
• Leading, motivating, and developing employees
• Creating clear structures and well-functioning processes
• Keeping an eye on profitability
• Developing new ideas and implementing them together with the team

• Experience in gastronomy or hotel management, ideally with

leadership responsibility
