You enjoy recommending the right wine for a dish and occasionally inspiring our guests with something new.
The Beach House offers you a varied working environment all year round: In winter, a personal, cozy operation with around 30 indoor seats awaits you. In spring and summer, the Beach House becomes a lively meeting point directly on the lake. You appreciate this dynamism, enjoy working in the middle of the action, and keep an overview even in lively moments.
We are looking for a host personality who combines warmth, attentiveness, and a good sense for sales, being uncomplicated, committed, and enjoying joint further development.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training as a Service Specialist EFZ or bring several years of professional experience in service
• You approach people openly and enjoy it, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere with your personality
• You are communicative and enjoy personal exchange with our guests
• You advise actively and competently on food, drinks, and wine
• You recognize the wishes of our guests and use suitable recommendations for a natural and attentive upselling
• You work independently, organized, and reliably
• You appreciate a lively, varied operation and maintain an overview even when a lot is happening
• You think ahead, contribute actively, and enjoy working in a team
• You have good German and French skills
• You bring a positive attitude, initiative, and genuine joy for gastronomy.

YOUR TASKS

• You look after our guests warmly, attentively, and personally
• You actively approach our guests and accompany them from reception to farewell
• You advise competently in the selection of food, drinks, and wine
• With suitable recommendations, active selling, and attentive upselling, you contribute to a special guest experience and to the joint success of the operation
• You manage your own service station including billing and daily closing
• Together with the team, you ensure a smooth and professional service process
• You think ahead, recognize where support is needed, and actively lend a hand
• You contribute your own ideas and help shape the further development of our processes, offers, and guest experiences
• You listen attentively to feedback and wishes from our guests and help us to continuously develop our offer
