MAIN TASKS ##

Quantify needs and check supplies

Respect technical sheets

Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards

Participate in the versatility of positions

Participate in the development of culinary and pastry suggestions

REQUIRED TRAINING ##

CFC Cook or equivalent title

Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef de partie

Proven experience in pastry (minimum 2 years)

YOUR PROFILE ##

Very good oral and written French communication

Sense of organization and team spirit

Sense of autonomous responsibility and rigor.
