Tasks:

• preparation and control of dishes
• production and control of the mise en place
• organization of one's own workstation
• maintenance and control of HACCP standards
• quality control of food supplies
• correct and precise implementation of recipes and instructions from superiors
• independently taking care of daily cleaning

Requirements:

• AFC certificate as a cook or the cook certificate
• proven previous experience in the role
• ability to work in a team
• professionalism, flexibility and organizational skills
• good communication skills in the Italian language
• availability to work in split shifts, on weekends and on public holidays
• good knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• with own vehicle
