--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: Directeur/trice de l'hôtellerie et de l'intendance --- Director of Hospitality and Housekeeping ======================================================= In a context of growth and development of its services, the RSSBF is looking for a Director of Hospitality and Housekeeping ------------------------------------------------------- (member of the General Management)Between 80% and 90%Desired profile * Higher education at HES, ES level, federal diploma or title deemed equivalent in the fields of hospitality, housekeeping, facility management, collective catering, logistics or service management. * Complementary training or proven experience in management, financial management, project management or related fields. * Proven experience in a management function, ideally in a multi-site, medico-social, hospital, hotel or parapublic environment. * Excellent knowledge of hospitality and housekeeping services, collective catering, logistics, quality, hygiene and safety standards as well as sustainable development issues. * Strategic vision, analytical capacity, decision-making skills and a strong interest in innovation and the development of new services. * Unifying leadership, based on co-construction, cooperation, empowerment and team development. Main missions * As a member of the General Management, you define, steer and implement the hospitality, housekeeping, logistics and service strategy of the RSSBF. * As the guarantor of the quality, safety, consistency and efficiency of the services in your field, you support their evolution in a logic of quality of life, innovation and continuous improvement. * As a key player in institutional steering, you actively contribute to strategic reflections as well as to the development and transformation projects of the RSSBF, and represent your field to institutional and professional partners. * At the network scale, you coordinate and develop catering, cafeteria, cleaning and hygiene of premises, laundry and linen, logistics and supply services as well as commercial services and complementary services. * In close collaboration with the heads of the hospitality-housekeeping sector of the establishments, you foster a collective dynamic based on co-construction, sharing of expertise, cooperation and harmonization of practices. * You develop innovative and value-added services, adapted to the needs of the beneficiaries, the different entities of the RSSBF and the population * You manage logistical flows and the development of a common logistics center, contribute to projects related to infrastructure and digital transformation, and promote a responsible and sustainable use of resources. * You define the performance indicators of your field and ensure quality, compliance with applicable requirements, beneficiary satisfaction and continuous improvement of services.
