Pizzaiolo (reported profession)

Tasks:

• organization of one's own workstation
• production and control of the mise en place
• maintenance and control of HACCP standards
• guaranteeing professional and efficient work
• delicate processing of food supplies, respect for costs
• preparation and control of dishes
• receiving, control, and storage of food supplies
• quality control of food supplies
• correct and precise implementation of recipes and instructions from superiors
• independently taking care of daily cleaning and small maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• if necessary, flexibility to work in various kitchen shifts and in other Seven Group premises
• at least 3 years of previous experience
• availability to work in shifts, on weekends and on public holidays
• good knowledge of Italian

Employment details:

• workplace Lugano - Seven Lugano - Alma
• employment 30-100%
• start of employment immediately, permanent contract
• salary according to CCNL
