Chef de Partie (M/F) – Guerneres Résidence, Grimentz

Are you passionate about cooking and wish to evolve in an exceptional setting in the heart of the Swiss Alps for the 2026/27 winter season? The resort Les Guernerés is looking for a motivated and talented Chef de Partie (M/F) to join its dynamic and friendly team.

Your mission:

• Ensure the preparation and sending of dishes in compliance with the establishment's quality standards.
• Manage your workstation autonomously (hot, cold, pastry, etc.).
• Ensure the application of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Work in collaboration with the kitchen team to guarantee an exceptional culinary experience to our clients.
• Participate in the development of creative menus and seasonal suggestions.

Your profile:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position.
• Passion for gastronomy and attention to detail.
• Team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Experience in hospitality-catering in Switzerland is an asset.
