For several generations, Maison Desplanches has cultivated a passion for artisanal know-how, the quality of its products, and respect for bakery and pastry traditions. As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a qualified and passionate baker to join our production team. ### Your missions * Ensure the daily production of our breads and bakery products, in compliance with our quality standards. * Prepare, weigh, and process the raw materials necessary for production. * Master the different manufacturing stages: kneading, fermentation, dividing, shaping, and baking. * Participate in the development of new products and the continuous improvement of our range. * Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures as well as hygiene and safety standards. * Contribute to the good organization and smooth functioning of the laboratory. ### Your profile * Holder of a CFC in baker-pastry, a CAP baker, or an equivalent diploma. * 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position. * Good mastery of artisanal bakery techniques. * Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills. * Team spirit, flexibility, and ability to adapt. * Sensitivity to product quality and work well done. * Good mastery of French. ### What we offer you * A permanent position at 100 % within a recognized house in Genève. * An artisanal work environment valuing know-how and quality. * A dynamic, flexible, and committed team. * Autonomy and responsibilities in your work. * Possibilities for professional evolution.
