Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a Chef de Partie for an established gastronomy business in the Schaffhausen region. The business stands for seasonal, fresh cuisine, personal hospitality and a varied offering for restaurant guests, banquets and events.

Tasks

• Professional care and advice for our guests
• Active cooperation in à-la-carte, seminar and banquet service
• Preparation and setup of seminar and event rooms
• Support with local and catering deliveries
• Ensuring smooth service processes
• Compliance with quality, hygiene and service standards

Profile

• Completed training as Restaurationsfachfrau/-mann EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the à-la-carte and/or banquet sector
• Independent, experienced and reliable way of working
• High commitment and physical resilience
• Strong service orientation and quality awareness
• Very good German and Swiss German skills
• Team-oriented personality with a professional appearance
• Driver's license category B mandatory
