• preparation and presentation of dishes according to the restaurant's standards
• management of the kitchen and organization of preparations
• control of stock and collaboration in ordering raw materials
• maintenance and compliance with hygiene standards

Requirements:

• AFC diploma
• proven experience in the sought role of at least 3 years
• ability to work autonomously and under pressure
• reliable, precise and responsible person
• ability to work in a team
• availability to work in shifts
• good knowledge of Italian
